Close out this incredible week of programming with a relaxing hour of recovery sponsored by The Healthtender and Wild Turkey! Learn self-massage techniques to relieve deep muscle and connective tissue pain specific to runner and bartender bodies. Realign your spine and reconnect your body, while improving mobility, flexibility, and strength through elements of self-myofascial release. You will want to wear comfortable clothing, have an exercise mat plus some space on the wall for modifications to movements, and bring a massage implement. Lacrosse balls, baseballs, tennis balls, massage balls, or even a dense round paperweight will work as a massage implement.
