From Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to lower back pain, shoulder tension to foot cramps, the bartender body takes a beating each day. In this course, attendees will learn self-massage techniques on a foam roller and with a lacrosse ball to relieve deep muscle and connective tissue pain. Realign your spine and reconnect your body. Improve mobility, flexibility, and strength as you calm your nervous system and enhance your breath quality and capacity through elements of functional movement and self-myofascial release. Designed specifically for bartenders, by a bartender, no prior workout experience is necessary, and you need only wear loose-fitting, stretchy, or comfortable clothing. Mats and rolling implements will be provided.
